Wedgewood Hills is owned by Loretta Cooley and managed by Dave Farlow, who also manages all constuction on the site and lives in the complex to serve you promptly.

Loretta Cooley makes every effort to guarantee your stay is pleasant. The office is open every week day, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., by appointment on Saturdays, and she is never more than a phone call away. Her office is equipped with a jar of home-made cookies!

Many of the apartments are new and all are recently constucted. With every new building or unit, Loretta has used professional standards to ensure that every apartment is well-made and all appliances and services are working to perfection.
