How close is Wedgewood Hills to SIUC?

We are about 1 mile from campus with bus stops less than one block away.


Are utilities included in the rent?

Electricity/gas and water are not included in the rent.


What is included in the rent?

We offer free parking, expanded cable and wireless internet as a convenience for all of our apartments. And there is no charge for maintenance calls unless there is intentional damage.


When is the rent due?

Rent is due on the 15th of each month and there is a 5 day grace period after which a daily late fee will be assessed.


How does parking work?

Each tenant receives free of charge 1 permanent and 1 guest pass which has to be displayed at all times. Typically, tenants are able to park directly in front of their apartments.


Do the apartments come fully furnished?

The apartments do not come with furniture; however each unit has a full size washer /dryer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, garbage disposal and window blinds on all windows. Several of the apartments even have individual storage units.


Can I bring my pet?

No. Sorry, but we have a very strict no pet policy.


Is Wedgewood Hills a safe place to live?

Yes! Wedgewood Hills is a quiet and safe place to live due to our location and diligent oversight of the property.
