Wedgewood Hills is a carefully planned luxury complex made with the quiet, serious, mature renter in mind. It was Started in 2001 as a small community designed for singles, couples, and graduate students. Today, it is growing with new apartments which are always made with quality and attention to detail.

Wedgewood Hills consists of 35 two bedroom apartments, 4 of which are handicap accessible, four more one level, and 27 townhouse apartments. Parking is available right at the front of each unit. No long walks!

Each townhouse has 1 1/2 baths, gas fireplaces, washers, dryers, and microwaves. The one level apartments have one large bath. All are decorated with taupe carpeting, white ceramic tile, wallpapered baths and kitchens, white cabinets and the best in bath fixtures. Each unit has its own patio area and the complex is beautifully landscaped with many flowering trees and shrubs.

Our leases are for one year. The occupancy limit is two people per unit and there are no pets allowed. There is a $200.00 per person deposit and first and last months rent is required upon signing a lease.
